Fortunately, as Paypal was my method of payment, I raised a dispute for this transaction through their service.

they're still advertising the product as in stock! The customer service has so far been an absolute disgrace.

Cheap products but appalling service - Take your gamble From other reviews, it seems if you get your product delivered you can appreciate the cheap price.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waiting over a month for my order, no communication, no apology, no explanation, and no idea on when I might receive the order. When I stated that I wished to cancel the order I received a very curt email response. I will not be using this company in the future.

They do not even deserve 1 star, ordered item on 26th December, delivered by FedEx who lost the parcel, FedEx have refunded SLR but I am still fighting to get our money refunded, no item and no refund and customer service is the worst I have experienced, now refusing to answer emails and when I call they hang up, say they are UK based which is a shambles as from America. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be ripped off!

Awful. Avoid this company like the plague!! They will try and up sell you stuff you don't need by telling you lies. Don't expect a refund if you are mis-sold Any items. Their rude customer service flat out refuse!! Currently perusing through PayPal. THEY ARE NOT UK BASED!! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Buy from a British registered company. Not these cheats! You have been warned.

This company is a scam!!!! their customer service is the rudest i have ever come across, 2, canon comes with a one year warranty, and my camera broke after 8 months and they told me it only had a 90DAY warranty, DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read thier policy, you will know from there, they hung up on me when I told them canon gives a one year warranty, USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Did I?? No!! I called up to be told the item was delivered that week which it hasn’t, when I challenged this I was told to speak to the delivery company but was not given any info or reference numbers just a LOT of poor customer service.
