Ordered some history for wife an d she tried them on but we're too small so returned for refund. Wiggle rejected return saying the shorts had a white mark On them and had been used. We inspected the shorts when they sent them back and no evidence of any marks. Also how can you use gunshots with labels still attached. Wiggle type refusing to budge.
Will never use them again nor would I recommend them. Avoid

I ordered a wetsuit that was clearly labeled as a men's model. Unfortunately, the article number belongs to the women's model (how should I know that, there was nothing about women's models in the shopping cart?) So the women's model was delivered, which is much too small. Wiggle does not want to make a refund as they delivered what I ordered. Very poor customer service!

They sent me the wrong item compared to the pictures they were advertising on the page. They did not want to send me the correct item and just want me to return the item for a refund. What a complete waist of time. Will never use Wiggle ever again.

Ordered an item that was delivered to the wrong address, they tracked the item , gave me the address and said I couldn't have a refund and the only option I had was to collect it from the address they had delivered it to . Absolute farce, you couldn't make it up.

Absolutely disappointing customer service. Bike Frame broken within 5 months after purchase (no crash or park visits). Warranty simply ignored, no further reply to mails. No replacement, no refund, nothing. I can only strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. Item failed on first use, asked for refund or replacement. Just used jargon and excuses as to why this couldn't happen. Let just say they Wiggled their way out of it from the get go, very very poor. Won't use them again.
