Customer Service - Bad

I ordered a wetsuit that was clearly labeled as a men's model. Unfortunately, the article number belongs to the women's model (how should I know that, there was nothing about women's models in the shopping cart?) So the women's model was delivered, which is much too small. Wiggle does not want to make a refund as they delivered what I ordered. Very poor customer service!

It seems they are trying their hardest to provide an awful customer service and avoid repeat business - and they're succeeding! I'll never use them again.

Used to be good and reliable, not so anymore. 3 non deliveries by evri in a row. Slow and fairly pathetic customer service. Avoid.

Wiggle are fine until you encounter a problem then the customer service is awful. Incredibly slow to respond, if they respond at all. Wiggle and Evri have together managed to provide a truly awful service.

Customer service very bad. Can't believe Wiggle think it acceptable that I wait a further 4 working days whilst Hermes conduct a review of why they haven't delivered my goods. I'd already waited 9 days...stick to Tredz in future

Don't buy anything which needs a courier . Been messed about for the last week with delivery. You expect some sort of service when you spend 3k. I got it very poor service and no contact number poor poor company. At least my local bike shop stepped in and sorted it.

Absolutely disappointing customer service. Bike Frame broken within 5 months after purchase (no crash or park visits). Warranty simply ignored, no further reply to mails. No replacement, no refund, nothing. I can only strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. Item failed on first use, asked for refund or replacement. Just used jargon and excuses as to why this couldn't happen. Let just say they Wiggled their way out of it from the get go, very very poor. Won't use them again.

Paid for a years worth of next day delivery which was suspended two weeks later. Rather than offer a 2-3 day service, I’m now waiting a week or so for standard delivery. Customer service not helpful at all- got a lecture on their fine print. The company isn’t terrible but they’ve got too big and no longer care, so in future I’ll be shopping with smaller companies who do

Shocking customer service Delivered the wrong items and don’t care about correcting their mistake quickly! More worried about getting the stock back they sent incorrectly
