“I was ordering for our Master Gardener (MG) County Awards Program. I wanted four different styles to represent different levels of volunteer hours worked.We are a small group of 35 and this year we had 7 who did anywhere from over 100 to 424 hours individually. Started out to order with just enough pins to cover this year and then noticed the bulk price. Instead of getting 7 pins for around 80.00 (we would have had to pay shipping) I ordered 40 pins for a little over 200.00. Had a little trouble with order form on bulk orders but went ahead and sent order in, thought can fix it once they receive it. Within an hour I received notification from Lapel that they had updated their system, and were aware of the bulk order problem and were working on it. The next morning (less than 12 hours from time order placed.) a credit was issued. Package arrived within a week, the pins are of good quality and I love when we visit over the state and other MG ask what the pins mean. Looking forward to future purchases from LapelPinPlanet.
