“Bought 1 item and paid extra for quick delivery. No indication at the point of sale this item would be on back order. No contact from AB Building Products to inform me that it would be late. When I eventually chased, they told me it was out of their hands and would be delivered as soon as they get stock. No mention of a credit for the extra delivery charge. The product didn't turn up in time for job I needed it for. Poor customer service.”
