Took 30 minutes to install 54 tiles plus edgings, really happy with the result, directly laid on rough concrete. Perfect for our requirements and a fraction of the cost of composite decking and sub frame.”

“DHL said they had tried to deliver the item but there was no one in. I work from home and look out a front window, and no delivery drivers came to my door. They tried to deliver to a house 4 doors down from me. When I tried to contact DHL I just went round in circles. I eventually had to have the item delivered to a collection point and then has to drive and pick it up.”

“I called to ask about a coloured sealant and the guy I spoke to was able to tell me the closest colour to our Farrow & Ball kitchen wall colour. I had missed the next day delivery deadline by 3 hours but he said he'd look out for my order and try to despatch it the same day if he could. Sure enough it arrived the next day (I'd ordered it at 3pm). The colour is a great match (blue gray in the Rainbow range). Our Sealant guy was impressed and asked for the company details.
