“"There were many things that made Agustus Cullen great. Firstly, the communication and interest in my story was key. I found communication and the level of including me in the process to be vital. Augustus Cullen was there every step of the way and their support and thoroughness was exceptional. Agustus Cullen knew the details of my case as well as I knew them myself. They understood and advised with clear and upfront advice every step of the way. I found Agustus Cullen to be so supportive but also realistic throughout what was a very difficult time in my life and a very challenging case. In the end, through persistance, interest and belief and many many hours of hard work, we won our battle against the HSE. “"Neil Kidd and his team were gracious and had total inclussion of autism in the case of our child Sean Sharkey, age 16, who lost his life, unfortunately, back in January 2021 in Our Lady of Lourdes hospital, Drogheda. At all times, the team guided us through our case of sepsis and loss of life with dignity, and we are so pleased to have got the verdict of negligence on our child's life. We would totally recommend Neil and his team, as parents, who had questions to ask, and we would like to hope that a learning process has been put into effect for future children with sepsis, thank you Neil and his team of compassionate experts"”
