“The stock we ordered had expiry date that was less than 1 year (expiring April &June 2025). When we asked for stock with longer expiry date, we were told that they didn't have any with longer expiry date. Extremely disappointed
Furthermore, the website advertised 5% off your first order if you subscribe to their newsletter but the promised discount code never arrived in my inbox (even in the junk folder). Tried it with another email & the same thing happened. Then right after I placed my first order, an influx of their emails came through IMMEDIATELY! SCAM!!”
Hi Grace, thanks for your feedback, though I think 1 star is a bit unnecessary and harsh. It’s not an Expiry date but a Best Before which means it’s good after the BB date - sugar usually will be good for at least another 6-12 months. Best Before for June 2025 is more than enough time and quite standard - you won’t be able to find anything further what we have from the whole Australia for Maurten products as we are the largest Maurten reseller in AU/NZ. We also didn’t get any emails from you prior your order asking about this. Feel free to bring the products back for a refund. Thanks.
