Ordered some insoles, I was aware that there was going to be a delay with my order, but after a month of hearing nothing and no replies to my emails. I contacted PayPal and opened a case requesting a refund... surprisingly 2 days later I received confirmation that my ordered had been dispatched. Would never use the company again, terrible customer service!!!
