Thank you for your feedback, Ariel. We do send out a couple of emails as the time approaches for your membership to expire. You should receive one that the membership expires in a few days and another that it has expired. These do come from an automated system so they sometimes end up in spam, unfortunately. If you ever want to check on your membership, just let us know and we will be happy to take a look for you.

“I purchased my 1.75 inch button maker about 2 years ago. I've made about 2,500 or more buttons to date. I do this as a hobby. It's an expensive hobby but you CAN sell some buttons to pay for this hobby. It pays for itself. I must say it's a hobby that I love and enjoy. I love designing buttons and sharing them with others. ABM has made this possible by providing me with an excellent machine and quality supplies to keep my hobby going. I recommend getting a button maker from ABM! Sometimes user error messes up a button but the machine has been right on target going on 3000 buttons now and it doesn't seem like it's going to slow down any time soon. Thank you ABM!!!”

“I purchased my first button machine (and all the supplies that I needed) in 2020, which is when I started my button-making business. Since then, I've repeatedly ordered supplies, as well as purchasing a second machine later on. I love this company! Any time I've had a question or concern, it was answered quickly and so kindly; there are real people behind this company and they want you to be happy and successful!”

“The buttons come in good condition and at a timely rate. The only contentions that I have with the company are that the point system is tricky to navigate. I get emails about the points, but I have to look around the site to see what the points get me and their value. It would be nice to have a better UI to find the points you have so far and what they can get you on the site.”

“All equipment works perfectly. The instructional videos were clear and calming with enough repetition to confirm what was heard but not too much to make the listener feel silly. The staff at the Alpine Public Library has gone button-making-crazy and our partons LOVE them. What a great way to promote programs and events. We are addicted!!!”

“I'm not too fond of how you handling the shortage issue - & Pricing. You're in essence price gouging. I needed 1,000 buttons but you didn't have them but you would sell me batches of 250 but at the 250 quantity price not at the total quantity. I'm hoping the other company I bought 1,000 from works as they say and if they do, I know who has my back when it comes to being a supplier.”

Thank you for sharing your feelings regarding the national product shortages on pinbacks. We only have the smaller packs available for immediate shipment due to supply chain challenges that are facing our industry. Our primary concern has been distributing pinbacks fairly and equally among our customer base. We are trying our best to not allow a small number of customers to corner the market. Our goal is to make sure the inventory we have can be shared with as many as possible so everyone can at least get a few. We have never experienced this type of pipeline issue in our 18 years of business. To help combat shortages, we are now offering un-pinned sets at a discount so end users can obtain parts much quicker and pin the buttons themselves to save time and money. We hope to resolve the pipeline issues as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Solutions department if you have any thoughts on how we can improve our service for you.

“American Button Machines is the go to company for button making machines and button making supplies. There just isn't a better company. It IS the best. The machines and their accessories are built to last a life time and will last a life time if you take care of them. The online button making software is easy to use and customer service is always, always ready to help with any problems and or questions you may have. I have heard people say there are cheaper alternatives to American Button Machines. But I think American made quality is worth every penny and I love this company enough to know I am not going anywhere else. I love my button making machine and I love the buttons and magnets I make with it. So do my customers.”
