“There is to much forcing customers to order on line”

“I love to buy here but i have issue when i but the Rossette or the ring accent because doesn’t let me to choose color. So that it’s disappointing. And for the accent ring imagen that sometimes i am working a project that they need only a specific color. I have to go look in another page for to buy. I recommend to select color in qty 100”

“It's been some time since I received the button maker, and have wanted to express one major complaint since: How could you send a piece of equipment WITHOUT WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS?! As a 73 year old woman, I can tell you that NOT EVERYONE HAS A SMART PHONE and can use a scan symbol. Your on-line videos were helpful, although a little too fast, so after watching them multiple times and piecing together the varied instructions on your website, I was able to put together complete step-by-step instructions for me to use as well as anyone else in our group that the button maker was purchased for. It works great, but it was a struggle and very time consuming for me to figure it out!”
