“We had previously purchased a competitors machine. The American Button Machine is a much better machine. The support staff is exceptional and the price was very reasonable. The other company was not very helpful at all with answering questions. Once we bought the machine, we were on our own. Any issues related to designing buttons, ABM is quick to help. When we buy our next machine it will definitely be an American Button Machine. Excellent product support and quality.”

“The American Button equipment is nice heavy duty contruction. They are quick on mailing supplies to you. So if you get caught in a jam like I did and didnt have enough supplies they get them out quickly. Customer service is great! My cutomers appreciate the quality of buttons they receive from me. “As a state-run University faculty member who purchases materials for her division, working with vendors can be tricky. There can be a lot of paperwork involved around tax waivers, necessary receipts, payments and well, you get it. American Button Machines' customer service is a welcomed respite in the purchasing quagmire. An actual human talked with me and we were able to get the order placed ASAP. It arrived a few days later without issues. The products are great. Thank you for making one thing on the never-ending list so easy!”
