“These machines are the best! They last for thousands of buttones and several years. The button kits are great. As long as you plan ahead for potential back orders, these products are the only ones to buy.”

DaNae, ABM weight counts and bulk packs our button supplies; you may not receive the exact number of backs and shells in your order. To account for this and to cover any potential shipping damage, we always include a handful of extra buttons in every bag when packing your order. This helps ensure you receive at least the quantity you ordered. It's rare for customers to receive fewer buttons than they ordered. However, if you believe your shipment is short, please notify us immediately. We have a 5% tolerance for quantity variations or rejects. If you suspect a shortage, we require pictures of your shipment to help us investigate. We'll review your claim and, if a shortage is confirmed, we'll replace the buttons for you. “A friend had button kits from a different company left over after her project, so she gave them to me. I tried to use them with my ABM maker, and they were terrible - cheap and did not stay together. I threw them all out and remade all of mine with ABM products. The shipping is pricey but fast, and the quality of the products is unmatched. Will never buy elsewhere.”

“We love our American Button machines. We make thousands of buttons each year for our elementary school. We recently bought a second machine to help us keep up with all of the work. This brand is way better than a different brand that we tried previously. The buttons go together and easily and are good quality. My only complaint? The shipping costs for more buttons 😜. But we still come back. We just bought 3000 more buttons in the 1.5 size.”
