“5/5 100% of the time. I have not yet opened my most recent re-up of supplies (machine parts) but ABM shells/backs/mylars are so reliable that my only defects now are from user error. I am not a professional vendor. It takes me a few years to go through a thousand button sets, and every time I have to order more I just go to ABM. They have the best prices and the best parts.”

We looked up your account and see that your last order with us was in 2017, and we certainly understand your surprise regarding the current pricing and your concern about the metal components. While we always strive to keep our prices reasonable, increases over time are necessary to maintain the quality of our American-made products. We are very concerned to hear that your machine's metal parts are corroding. Our metal components are engineered for longevity, and premature corrosion is unusual. This issue is often related to the storage environment. High humidity, damp storage areas, or prolonged exposure to moisture can cause surface rust. If the ink on your graphic is not dry before assembling your button, this can trap moisture, causing rust. We suggest storing your supplies with silica gel to absorb the moisture and help reduce the chances of rust. If you ever experience issues with your equipment or an order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Solutions Team via email or phone call. “Best machines. Don't try to save money and buy those cheaply made plastic ones! You’ll just get super frustrated and end up with one from ABM anyway. They work consistently right out of the box! And they keep working. I have 4 now ❤️”

“While I was quite nervous about getting my machine in time for the event, since it takes 8-12 weeks the American Button Machines Company was very kind in reasurring that they will communicate with me to let me know as soon as the machine and materials were to be shipped. We recieved our machine on time, and it is very well made, perfect for lots of button making!”
