“A regular rotating stock offer filled with a range of vehicles to suit all budgets enables ACCdotCOM to provide a pressure free, unhurried car purchase experience. The staff were friendly, polite, attentive and knowledgeable demonstrating a customer focus ethos and genuine desire to make my enquiry to drive away journey pleasant and informative. Nothing was too much trouble and the relaxed unhurried process was pleasantly surprising. No hard sale or push to the dotted line. The cars are very well presented with time and effort invested to showcase each car at its best using quality materials to ensure the showroom look is not a short term sales ploy but extends well into onward ownership. A simple and honest appraisal process was conducted of my trade in. No sharp intakes of breath to make me feel bad, and a fair and reasonable trade in price given. The availability of finance options was explained and no pressure tactics to use their finance product was ever used. ACCdotCOM arranged collection at my convenience making me feel i had bought a brand new car not just a packet of crisps. The after sales service has been superb, nothing is too much trouble. ACCdotCOM see a valuable customer both at enquiry stage, review and decision stage and especially after sales stages. They want you back for your future car purchase and provide the whole package to secure this. Thank you all, I bought my car from any colour car… 5 STARS ALL THE WAY…”

“The only pressure you will feel with this team, is the pressure you place on your self if you walk away and think too long… Offering a changing diversity of vehicle options kept me checking in until I saw what i wanted. The staff at every position were keen to make my purchase journey a positive experience, nothing was too much trouble and with loads of patience i never felt pushed giving me time to think, ask questions and make the right choice. No pushy after market product sales pitches, just honest staff with integrity and a wish to guide you through to your own decision. The car was cleaned and presented to a high standard looking exactly like the pictures, no photoshop tactics here. A fair trade in price was offered and extremely competitive finance available should I want it. Thank you Chris and Alex for your friendly polite manner, the Prep team for making the car look brand new. I bought my car from Any Colour Car…”

“Top team at any colour car. The car was exactly what I’d been looking for. (BMW M3) Went up for a test drive and the banter was on point with Paul and the team. Had a slight issue with the car, spoke to John and customer service got it booked in with a BMW specialist done and dusted in the day and sorted. Much appreciated. 10/10 from me. Would buy from these guys again.👍🏻”

“I have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a delightful Mercedes EQC from the lovely people at anycolourcar.com. In summary the whole experience was exceptional. Having trawled the market for a new vehicle I decided on a switch to electric and found the exact car I was looking for at anycolourcar.com. Following an email enquiry Alex took me on as a potential customer. I felt they had their sharpest pencils at the ready and quickly arranged a deal, including part ex, that I was content with. After bombarding Alex with questions (and projecting my anxiety on him!) he managed to reassure me that if I was to make the trip from Newcastle to Barnsley it would be a successful and enjoyable one. Alex was right. The car was presented to me looking immaculate. The deal delivered exactly as organised by email/phone and both Alex and his Dad, Paul, were welcoming, warm, informative and easy to deal with. The used car market is a tricky space to operate in and is full of pitfalls, so it was a pleasure to find a garage that seems respectable, honourable and trustworthy. Well done Alex and Paul and thank you for making it enjoyable parting with such a significant amount of cash! I highly recommend anycolourcar.com and would absolutely deal with them again in the future.”

“Dry easy to deal with and very helpful with everything you might need when either purchasing a car or with part exchange. The car I purchased was immaculate and ready to drive away as promised on the day arranged. Helped with taxing the car and sorting out the log book etc. I’ll definitely use again in the future.”
