“I ordered Scubapro Go Travel fins, size XXL. Unfortunately, they were not in stock. The day after I ordered, I received a phonecall from Aquanauts, apologizing & explaining the situation & giving me a date when I could expect to receive them. This was confirmed in an email later. I received them on the date they said I would. The whole process was very relaxed & I wouldn't hesitate to use them”

“Absolutely amazing, personal service. After placing my order, I received a call asking if I had meant to order the wrong scratch guard cover to fit the dive computer. I hadnt, so they swapped it to the correct cover before sending the order. Everything arrived with quick delivery and well packaged. Great communication, outstanding service!”
