“Realised they did not have item I had ordered in stock, immediately phoned and offered alternate colour, refund or likely wait. Went ahead with order of different colour and it arrived very quickly. Polite and helpful staff. Subsequently recommended to my sister who purchased two of the same product which again arrived very swiftly. Would definitely use again !”

“I ordered two prescription lenses, however only one was I stock. Aquanauts rang me up straight away and said there would be a slight delay. I was pleased they took the trouble to do this. Both lenses soon arrived and it was a simple job fitting them into my Scubapro Zoom face mask which the lenses are designed to fit.”
