“I'm hugely impressed with the service from Aquanauts. I've dealt with them in the shop, directly by email and via their online store. On every occasion the service has been impeccable. Quick, polite, attentive responsive and able to offer a great deal on a complete scuba package. They seem to be able to get their hands on stock quicker than some other UK stores and dispatch it rapidly. It's become my go-to store for all my SCUBA needs.”

“Very good. I bought a wet suit on-line which was too small and they were happy to send me the next size to try once I had returned the original item. I have also ordered other bits and pieces which turned up on time.”

“I normally suffer really badly with getting too cold when I dive, even when other divers are just in thin skins or even just a swimsuit, so it was important that I got something decent for two weeks of diving in indonesia. At the suggestion of Derek, I ended up buying one of the Fourth Element ones and I didn’t have any dives ruined by being too cold! A first in over twenty years of diving!! The first one i got was a bit small but returns and exchanges were very straightforward. Thank you! It makes a big difference to have someone listen to you”
