“I just want to thank Katie at Arkle. She explains everything in perfect detail and convinced me to arrange an IVA. I would of got an IVA before but it was never explained to me well until I spoke to Katie. She explained how my credit score was already very poor and my credit rating would remain poor for 5 or 6 years (can't remember) due to defaulting on a loan I took out amongst other negative factors. I am knee deep in debt, im behind with credit card monthly payments and end up paying interest and minimum payment and never having chance to bring balances of credit cards down to zero. Also 2 month's behind on debt management plan which contained 2 loads I couldn't afford to pay monthly anymore. Katie answered all my questions crystal clear, straight to the point. She saved me and my mother from alot of stress. High court balliffs were 2 days away from coming to my mother's house with a locksmith to seize goods to recover debt of a PCN from a private car park when I was just parking my van doing a job to help move in a student who is a resident in that compound. I tried paying the PCN with the first bailiff company but payment plan failed and when I try to pay it off, they wouldn't answer the phone. Katie went above and beyond to put a relief order of immediate effect to legally protect me from balliffs until IVA is in place so the balliffs can't come contact me or come anywhere near my house now. Katie is an earth angel who has rescued me from complete chaos and turmoil. The IVA merges all my debts into one affordable monthly payment. The IVA is now taking on the debts from my previous debt management plan I was on which is the right thing to do because IVA will write of approximately £10,000 of my debts. The debt management plan I was on, I would of had to pay everything I owe plus interest on top. My credit score already destroyed. I got debt management plan to keep hold of my credit cards but Katie help me realise I don't need the credit cards. I also got debt management plan to save credit score but it can't be saved even if I paid off all my debts today. Now I know paying off the debt management plan early wouldn't of made a difference to my credit score, I'm going to be on an IVA which is alot cheaper per month, an amount that doesn't stress me out when its due. I will just rebuild my credit when it starts from scratch in 5 to 6 years. Not only was Katie professional but she was bubbly and friendly. I enjoyed talking to her, she actually cares. Customer service was 10/10 I wish I could thank Katie in person, may God bless her.”
