“It was straightforward and intuitive to set up my novel, submit it, and get it printed, and I've now ordered a second printing which was also fast, easy, and looked great. The books arrived before I expected them, and the process was excellent from start to finish. The only negative is that my e-book doesn't look quite how I would like, and it seems complicated to fix that without affecting my print version. It is possible that I didn't know what I was doing when I set up the e-book formatting.”
