Many of our customers would vouch for the fact we're on hand on email and whatsapp 7 days a week til late at night answering questions and dealing with any issues. You'd have received the same premium treatment if you'd have only taken 2 minutes out of your day to reach out. A replacement or refund isn't completely unheard of.
