I am sorry you feel this way, however on checkout you were presented with a message suggesting an upgrade to express post for SA and WA buyers due to well publicized delays from East Coast to West. You chose to use the standard eParcel, and hence delays.
As an experienced seller all I can do is offer the best information possible, and what customers decide to do with it is their decision.
