“love the items I bought from Boing....just disappointed at how they calculate their discounts!, short story, I was going to just buy a single bracelet, but then decided to buy 2 to receive the free shipping offer, I also accepted a new customer discount....but when the invoice was totalled, I was charged for shipping as the discount was applied before the shipping charge....so very happy with the items, but unhappy with having to give up my discounts!.”
“I love the bracelets Boing Appparel make, I first bought 2 from a shop and recently bought another one direct from them online, they are great colours and the magnets are really strong I have always been confident they would stay on my wrist. The 3rd bracelet was exactly as it showed on the website. I however made a mistake when measuring my wrist for the 3rd one and ordered he wrong size, their customer service was excellent and I was able to arrange a replacement quickly and with no fuss, and I learnt their sizing guide is great if you use it properly.”

“I have been buying Boing products for years and have just purchased my 9th bracelet (8 rope and one steel rigging wire). I wear the steel one every day and accompany it with one rope (in rotation). “I love Boing wristbands. My first one lasted 4 years and I never took it off so it was soaked in the shower every day and used in the swimming pool and the sea. When I ordered my new band recently I misjudged and ordered the wrong size. Nothing was too much trouble when orderIng a replacement and Boing even offered to make me a bespoke size which was not necessary in the end. The aftersales service was superb and I would highly recommend Boing to anyone who is thinking of buying one of their products.”
