I however made a mistake when measuring my wrist for the 3rd one and ordered he wrong size, their customer service was excellent and I was able to arrange a replacement quickly and with no fuss, and I learnt their sizing guide is great if you use it properly.”

“I have been buying Boing products for years and have just purchased my 9th bracelet (8 rope and one steel rigging wire). I wear the steel one every day and accompany it with one rope (in rotation). “I love Boing wristbands. My first one lasted 4 years and I never took it off so it was soaked in the shower every day and used in the swimming pool and the sea. When I ordered my new band recently I misjudged and ordered the wrong size. Nothing was too much trouble when orderIng a replacement and Boing even offered to make me a bespoke size which was not necessary in the end.
