“Similar to Shutterfly, maybe there should be a feature that tells you if the image will be pixelated before you purchase.”

Thank you Heather! We greatly appreciate your business! The 3D view tends to be more pixelated and is really more for placement purposes. A more accurate reading of how your box will print is the 2D view, but as long as you are using high resolution images, your artwork should print crisp and clean. Feel free to chat with us with any artwork concerns in the future.

“Changing the shipping address to my client was a little clunky. The platform allows you to type over the address but it doesn't save it. I finally found the change addresss button and then was o.k. Operator error!”
