“feels too much like being nickel and dimed when purchasing. some codes work but others don't. depends upon shipping. The crinkle paper feels like a scam because it doubles the shipping cost. Better to just direct us to amazon where it is cheaper and you will get happier customers. I also was unhappy that I was directed to get a second proof - it turned out to be pointless and just wasted time and money. Felt like a scam to increase sales. I don't think I would use your service again if i could find an alternative.”

Hello Rahim. Thank you for your feedback. The crinkle paper ships in 10 lb cartons. Therefore, each box of crinkle is shipped separately and has its own shipping fee. We also do not make money off of proof orders. We would not be recommending a proof to increase sales. We recommend customers orders proofs so the design comes out just the way they want it before they invest in a full order. If you have any additional concerns or feedback we would love to hear it.
