“Our company ordered bulk boxes for a very large project. Did about small batch to start, and the plan was to come back year over year and as needed just for this project. When they arrived the printing was off center on just a few sides of the boxes. We contacted customer service and it took Almost 4 weeks to reach a resolution. We would follow up, be asked for more screenshots, told it was escalated, and then never hear anything and repeat the process. We called, and would get forwarded to voicemails with no calls back. We’ve used them multiple times and this was the worst experience and enough to not use them again. We would’ve loved a reprint, but they wouldn’t reprint or comp. Instead, sent us a video showing how they assumed we designed our items and how it was wrong. Something I have never experienced from any customer service department. Blame kept getting pushed back to us. The item that we previewed and submitted was aligned. The item they downloaded to print on their end, wasn’t. Which, if this was escalated properly within the first week, sure. We will not be using them in the future.”

“A discount or waived shipping should be provided if we are ordering over a certain amount. I just spent over $1000, and I still had to kick out almost an extra $100 on shipping.”
