“There were issues with your phone system which i totally understand but I was suppose to get a call (ticket produced) but no one ever reached out.... I finally called and got my questions answered. The only reason you did not get very good is because of the no call back. System was easy to use once I talked to someone about specific questions.”

“I wish the economy shipping was at a better turnaround time. That is a 3 weeks turnaround. If you can get it down to two weeks, would be awesome.”

“So far its been a positive experience. I have not recieved my box yet but if it comes to me looking as good as the generator made it look it will be amazing! If the box meets expectation I will be using this company for my new subscription box business. I'm looking forward to seeing my box!!!!”
