very good process

This is my second time placing this order. There was some kind of water issue in the UPS truck and they were all ruined. They're supposed to be filing a claim. I called Box Up customer service to find out what to do and she wasn't able to do anything over the phone, said to just reorder and keep you posted. Hoping it all works out and I don't have to pay twice.

It is with utmost hesitancy that I place this order . . . I have been seeking resolution for a couple issues related to this order for almost a week, have made numerous contacts via chat, email and phone, and have not seen ANY follow through on my inquiries. We have loved our precious orders from you, and I'm disappointed that this has been the path taken. At the very least, I would appreciate my order being expedited at no additional charge, to compensate for the hours I've spent trying to get this resolved. Thank you for considering, we TRULY want to continue our business with you, but as a small business, we cannot afford to commit to this type of customer service.
