“I think it's very strange that only first time customers are able to use the free proof code. I've ordered from your company before and used the code, and am wanting to place a second bulk order but with a completely new design but you can't order a single proof without paying $25 is wild. I could understand only one free proof per design/bulk order but for each new design and/or order, it should come with 1 proof. Very strange business practice IMO”
