“I really don't like the new system. I cannot figure out how to download the proof so I can send it for approval. Then I have to wait until I do approve it to see the production times. We are used to seeing that info when receiving the proof.”

“Our sample experience was fantastic. Two of our logos were slightly blurry but they caught it before creating the box. Fixed the issue and sent the sample out. It arrived earlier than expected. Just made our first big order based on the sample! Super excited to share with our customers”

“I do not like the new website .. will we need a password every time we sign in .. Not easy to show proof to my end user”

“The design process is cumbersome and took a bit for me to find designs that would work and learn how to use the design tool, but once designed reordering is super easy, The boxes are fantastic quality and are an awesome way to elevate our brand.”
