Our original order shipment was mis-delivered or lost by UPS. The packages were a part of a bulk delivery to the client (which was signed for) but the boxes were not actually there. This is a situation that happens frequently and UPS/FedEx are aware that this situations occur and can do "package traces" on the individual shipments to get better information. The BoxUp customer service team did not believe our client's claim and have not offered any assistance to follow through on a ups claim to cover this instance. They also forced me to place the reorder myself intsead of handling internally and have not responded to my requests to rush for free due to the circumstances. None of these requests are out of line or "over the top" and its very disappointing to be in this situation. Response times are slow and the information offered is poor. Often the quality of a vendor can be seen when thing go "wrong." Everything is easy when things go right, but BoxUp's handling of this situation was terrible.
