“I tried 5 times to speak to a person about this order and no one was available or called back. This is very disappointing. I am being charged sales tax and we should not be - we submitted a tax exempt certificate in the past. Two orders should be credited!!!! Please call me at 908 755 2882. A reorder should not be stressful.”
