Delivery and items good but beware returns are a nightmare. Up to 9 days after return received before processing and then once the returned item is cleared you get an email saying may be a further 10 days for the refund to reach your account
”

I’d like to review the product, but I can’t because it was never delivered. BraForMe said that—because the carrier said it was delivered—it wasn’t their problem and they wouldn’t refund my money or replace the missing product. Obviously, terrible customer service.

Unfortunately the fitting caused digging into the inside of my breasts leaving marks, despite ordering the correct size. The fact I wore it for the day, BRA4ME could not give me a refund. The only way I found the bra to be ill-fiited WAS to actually wear it. I therefore have come to the conclusion, I will wear it for a day with the label as there is no other way to return it. Really disappointed. I love all their bras so far.

Popular brands available at very reasonable prices but customer satisfaction is let down by delayed refunds and not being able to speak to someone because phones are not answered and email responses are not great.
