“I ordered 4 Frank Olsen bedside cabinets, 1 tall chest of drawers and 1 large chest of drawers. I am a women and had no problem building these products up on my own. The quality and look of them is fantastic. I built everything up and the very last drawer wouldn't fit properly as the ball bearings had come out of one of the runners. I immediately contacted Chase Av who instantly sorted it and I received a new set of runners a week later. I would recommend these drawers and this company to anyone. Thankyou for a great product at a good price and sorting my query so quickly and efficiently.”

“I guess you get what you pay for and this set of units was by no means cheap, costing as much as a decent mid range TV but it looks impressive when built and fitted our needs well. Chase direct delivered on time when required and all arrived safely with all the glass bits intact. The lights are a nice touch and can be operated by a timer automatically using the app. We'll chuffed.”

“Seem like a good company to deal with. I was kept informed of the progress of my order, quality of furniture is very good would have been a five star review only one of the closing mechanisms on the door does not work. to be fair I have not had time to contact AV regarding this issue.”

“Fantastic product, exactly as ordered, great price, service swift and spot on. Only downside was instructions say sign as damaged when glass included but UPS will not allow you to sign as damaged only unchecked otherwise they will take the product away. Thankfully all glass was intact and looks great.”
