“Chase AV Direct provided amazing service. I ordered a TV cabinet, which when arrived had a manufacturers fault. Chase AV Direct emailed me back within 15 minutes of me letting them know and the replacement part was here two days later. They offer excellent value for money and a very responsive service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others”

“I ordered a set of Jual tables on the Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered to the Isle of Man on the Friday afternoon the same week! They were well packaged and in perfect condition and I am delighted with them. The service was excellent throughout and I will certainly use them again.”

“Service received was excellent. I had a minor damage to the goods received and it was immediately replaced when reported. The product itself was as expected in excellent quality. I recommend the TV cabinet the chest and the company for sales.”

“We are very pleased with our purchase. It looks good and has sufficient space to house all our hardware. The downside was the delivery. Chase A/V had emailed their instructions stressing the importance of checking all the contents before signing for the delivery. However, the delivery driver was not pleased about having to wait while we checked the contents. Also, the package was very heavy and the delivery driver said he was not allowed to carry the parcel into the house. My wife and I are both in our early seventies and I suffer from back problems and have heart disease. Also, at the time, my wife was suffering from nose bleeds and was unable to bend. We really struggled to lift the package into the house and I struggled to open it and check the contents with the delivery driver anxious to get off on his next delivery.We feel Chase A/V need to change their delivery procedure as taking delivery was a stressful experience.”
