“The website is rich (just sometimes a bit clunky to naviogate around). Choice of products is great, the prices are very competitive, and whenever I've had to contact them, staff and management are unfailingly helpful.”

“As described in the title, 3 things that seem to be hard to come by these days. I must say though this company delivered full marks on all counts! The product was a beautiful tv stand which looks amazing. The thing came very neatly packaged with tools and even came with white gloves to wear whilst I built it. The building was probably the easiest assembly of anything I ever had to put my hand too and the quality was top notch. The price was slightly cheaper than any where I could find on the net which was my in to purchasing from this company. Nothing more to be said there. Good price. The service and delivery was much faster than I anticipated however I had no idea it was to arrive on he day it did. Luckily I was home and seeing as it came sooner than expected it was a pleasant (lucky) surprise. Overall I will definitely consider this company again and I will definitely recommend to others.”

“I bought an Optimum AV shelving unit which is a quality item. Having searched the web, I found that Chase AV were by far the best price for the product and that their existing reviews were all highly complimentary in terms of customer service and quick delivery. I placed the order and everything went according to plan, with no hitches experienced at all. The unit came well-wrapped and in good time. I will certainly use them again. Thanks for a great service.”

“I Recently began building a turntable HIFI system and wanted a modern but different HIFI rack and spotted the Jual curve, the build quality and finish are fantastic, so much so I also bought the Jual bookcase and TV stand. I would definitely use Case AV again.”

“Even before I ordered the item (the Jual JF305-OB nest of coffee tables) I was impressed by the friendly and helpful service. I even had a response to a question from the Managing Director. I placed the order directly and the item was delivered with a few days. I would definitely order another Jual product from them again.”

“We needed a compact but functional and stylish office desk. My wife found one on Chase AV Direct but having just had a very frustrating experience with a national electronics and electrical goods store who managed to take over £700 to complete an order for a product that they were out of stock of with no prospect of stock returning, I emailed Chase AV to check whether the desk was indeed in stock as per their web site and would be shipped when businesses reopened on 4th January. I think that the MD thought that I was being "funny" with my query, but answered my email personally late on Friday night. The desk shipped on Monday 4th January, as promised, and arrived at 10.30am the following day. It is exactly as listed on the website, so much nicer than computer "workstations". The instructions need close attention to detail, but self-assembly was easy enough with no screws left over. Chase AV Direct have an excellent web site that gives accurate stock levels of a huge range of products and it's an SME managed by a man who cares and goes the extra mile. A rarity these days.”
