After participating in few short trade transactions, when I tried to withdraw the funds, an unexpected change in one character in the address made the funds lost. Coinberry said the transaction was completed, but with an invalid address BTC wouldn’t accept the transaction and the funds never would have moved from Coinberry. They insist the transaction was completed which is false. Now they want me to deposit the same original amount ($14,173) while they investigate and get the funds back. Obviously a scam.
