“Absolutely unacceptable and a complete rip-off. I would strongly advise against purchasing from here.
I ordered the Large White Rose Petal Confetti (100% natural & biodegradable, advertised as 8 handfuls), but what I received was a packet smaller than the size of my hand. Describing this as “8 handfuls” is completely misleading and frankly inexcusable.
As I ordered last minute and paid for fast delivery, I had no choice but to use this tiny amount for my wedding, which unfortunately put a dampener on the celebration.
To make matters worse, it arrived in what appeared to be a microwavable plastic container — not exactly in line with the “eco-friendly” impression given.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company and spending your money elsewhere.”

I would like to clarify a couple of points regarding the concerns raised. The product listing does clearly show the container, size, and quantity, and also specifies that the petals are supplied as “loose handfuls.” In addition, the packaging is explicitly outlined on the product page, as below:
"Due to the delicate nature of these petals they will be supplied in a rigid plastic box to ensure they do not become damaged during transit."
This packaging is necessary to protect the petals during transit, as they are particularly fragile. Using this method helps prevent damage and avoids the need for replacements, something which can be an extremely onerous when it comes to carbon-cost.

I was a bit surprised at how little 100 handfuls was when it arrived in two small pouches but it does fluff up once emptied into a basket. It would be helpful to know how many litres the handfuls equate to on the website!”
