“Fantastic company. Trustworthy, professional, courteous and friendly. I had a very very heavy dresser delivered by them which was extremely awkward to move. They did a great job moving it and getting it into my garage. It was a long journey for them but still service was faultless. Will definitely use again and the price was the best I received from about ten different companies. Top people. Top company. Big thank you to you all as well.”

“This company delivers an excellent service from the first contact with Sarune in the office, to the collection point with Ivor, the driver. I was delighted by the high levels of communication and inclusiveness throughout the process, including a photo of the happy buyer standing next to the tree at the end of the journey. Their approach to their service is very professional, but with a kind, relaxed attitude which for me was very reassuring. I have never sold on Ebay before, much less a tree, or ever needed to find a courier for delivery. I consider myself extremely lucky to have found Cornwall Couriers, they made a potentially difficult situation easy, in short they are a joy. I wish all service companies could be like this and wouldn't hesitate to use them again or indeed highly recommend them to anyone needing a courier service”

“Cornwall Couriers made me very happy today by being absolutely amazing! They offer incredible service from initial enquiry to post delivery. Communication is perfect - texts and emails keeping me up to date throughout delivery and collection including photos of the goods on collection and also delivery. Evri, DHL. DPD etc. - take a leaf out of Cornwall Couriers book and see how deliveries should be done! I only contacted them late this morning to ask if they could collect a Doll's House for me that I had bought at the recent Flambards Sales down in Helston, Cornwall. By 5.30 this afternoon my lovely Doll's House was with me all safe and sound having been transported with care and attention. I will certainly use them again and can highly recommend their very professional service!”

“Wow! I am so impressed with Cornwall Couriers Ltd! I needed an urgent delivery, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The driver arrived to collect my item within 30 minutes—I honestly couldn’t believe how fast they were! The delivery was made straight away and arrived within just a few hours, even though it was quite a distance away. The customer service was outstanding—they handled all the calls for me, coordinating with the recipient to make sure someone was there to collect the parcel.
