“products came so fast and fairly cheap! contact lenses can often be £10 for one singular contact but crazy lenses prices are nice! they've also usually got deals going on so it's even better. will definitely be buying from here again!”

Hi Tori, We're sorry to read your 1-star review. We have looked into this for you and after looking at the tracking information that you would have received on the dispatch of your order, we can see that your package was returned to the sender. The tracking information shows that this was because the address that was provided was incorrect. We can see that your order was returned to us by the courier on 09/04/25 and a full refund was processed on the same day.
