I called to cancel the delivery as it could not be sent in time for when it was needed - when I ordered it the time date was perfect!
Unfortunately, it was delivered when I was away and my son, who was home from uni, accepted it. I called asking that it be picked up and I get a refund but this was point blank refused. I now have a bed I don't need in my conservatory and I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket

Cheaply made. Arrived with the wrong sized parts and the painted wooden parts had bare timber still showing.
Didn't send replacement parts, made.it very awkward for returning the item for a refund

Bed arrived on time. Frame was damaged but when reported was offered a small refund which was decline. It took me 3 emails and a number of calls to get the discount back. Customer service could have been a lot better
”

A bad experience from the start. Little communication and no response to 3 most recent emails. Cancelled order and asked for a refund which has still not been received. I've now had to involve credit card company to obtain the refund.

The bed arrived with a split in the headboard and the overall quality was extremely poor. I was offered another bed at at a higher price in exchange but opted for a full refund.

Not impressed. Frame looked cheap and looked as if it had been painted. Have returned it at a cost to me of £95. Still waiting for refund. Only good thing was the delivery driver who was excellent

Great ordering and prompt delivery
The bed is fab buy the mattress was damaged on arrival but no ability to contact to gain replacement or part refund ...
Its very comfy and my son loves the bed just disappointed with big black mark

I am pleased with the bed but it came down in price by £30 before my order was delivered and I was disappointed CPB wouldn't refund the difference. They suggested I decline the delivery, wait for a refund and purchase again which is such a waste of time, money and resources I didn't bother.
