“I haven’t got my darts and it says they’ve been delivered”

“Ordered a simple £12 order. Delivery driver had left the parcel hanging out the letterbox (road side) and took a photo of it as "proof of delivery". Parcel was gone when I arrived home. Contacted Darts Corner and they were adamant and repeated in 3 emails the parcel was posted through the letterbox after the photo was taken, it was not. Their tracking was somehow different to mine which supposedly said driver posted after picture was taken, when my tracking says "Your package from Darts Corner was delivered. Your package was left near the front door or porch Today, 03:53 PM." - which are two contradictory statements. Have had to go through 7 emails with replies to get an order "lost" form to fill out. Awful customer service from "Jamie". P.s. the driver was so quick to deliver my Ring doorbell didn't even pick them up on motion sensor. IF the driver had posted the item after the photo was taken they most certainly would've been there long enough to be registered on motion. Yet customer service didn't want to listen. Honestly just a terrible all-round experience for a first time (and probably last time) customer.”
