“The dart board we received is good. The darts provided in the set were of very poor quality and all 6 snapped within 4 days of use. The darts snapped in such a way that they are now non repairable and unusable. I wrote to the company and was told that it was not their problem. Very poor customer service. I hope I just caught someone on a bad day. My children bought the set out of their Christmas money from their gran so the ‘tough luck’ customer service response was particularly disappointing.”
