“Ordered some personalised flights last year and they were brilliant, great font and use of the space. I have then ordered EXACTLY the same and they are awful. Text is too small which makes them look really bad. On messaging my disappointment, I was told that is may have been someone else doing the printing and as they don't do preview, this is how it is. To the point they 'disagreed' with me, even after sending the images of both personalised flights. I will not be using the site again for anything personalised and DO NOT recommend.”
