“One item did not arrive. Upon contacting the customer service (Laura) she said that they refunded me that item. I checked and they did a partial refund although the shipment was accepted in full. I asked if I needed to pay shipping fees to have that item delivered to me and why was I only partially refunded. She no longer answered. Very poorly handled this situation.”
