“Ordered personalised darts and arrived without personalisation. Customer service couldn’t explain what happened and onus was very much on myself to rectify (having to pay for shipping to send back) and had to get back in a rush to get before Christmas as it was a gift. Disappointed, I understand these things happen but I felt very much on my own to find a salutation. Will return and request a refund for my order and unfortunately won’t purchase again from here.”
