“Delivered to the wrong house, thankfully a kindly neighbour delivered this when she got home. No photo as usual to show it was delivered, and had no idea where it had gone. Also, had items that were obviously not in stock, but no email to let me know, just a refund to my card. Usually pretty good service from here, but let down by delivery carriers this time”
