Never get refund of my money not exchange of the item I would like to exchange with after returning a faulty item received. This still owns at the present a lot of money; very very bad customer services. I am still waiting for my refund

After 6 weeks of waiting I have still not received refund now in the hands of credit card disputes team.Don’t be fooled by other reviews I can prove he blocks your phone number and never replies to any emails or through his website.Really disappointed

Faulty product, no customer service, no reply. I returned my headphones months ago and now no refund and no reply on email. Don't buy from these guys.

Place an order around March 25th. I returned the items within a few days of receiving. I still have not received my refund. I have left multiple voicemal messages and sent multiple emails. Still no respose back from anybody. Its been over 2 months which is absolutely ridiculous. I left a review here two weeks ago and will continue to provide an update until my refund is made.

I paid £299 for a dyson airwrap on June 3rd 2022. I emailed on 23rd & 27th June . Had an auto response saying they would be in touch. !0n days later , no response. Rang them & it went to ansaphone. Left a message & emailed again for a refund . Not hopeful

I found their return process and sent the Airpods via tracked delivery in May which was signed by a Mr Blunt the following day (28/05/22), it's been more than 30 days (Today - 06/07/22) and still no contact for either a replacement or a refund (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the item).

Faulty earbuds. Returned at my own expense via recorded delivery. Several emails. Still no reply, refund or replacement product. Very disappointed.

they are giving me a proof someone has signed and took the parcel any one can signed the way they the blaming me i can also say so many things but i don’t want to as i need proof or i need my refund i don't want to waste my money on what i never received.
