“The quality of the product is good quality and they provide total flexibility on sizing, ensuring best possible fit, at a reasonable price. Ordering is straightforward. Delivery lead time is understandably lengthy with tailored production, but on request they were able to pull delivery ahead by a day. Communications are good and packaging is excellent, mimimising any risk of shipment damage. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Ordered on line was very easy. Kept me updated on my order. Order arrived on time.Even thoe out side packing was damaged in transit the door packaging inside was enough protect the door so it was not damaged. Door now fitted great match”

“So far, reasonably happy with the service. I had a query that was answered very quickly by a real person on the online chat. My only criticism so far (I have only just placed an order, so I will review again once it is delivered), the shopping basket view is limited to 5 items at a time. While this may not be a problem for others, I personally like to see the whole order so I can cross-check quantities and dimensions with my notes. The kirchen I'm working on has a quote with a few different size combinations, so it would have made things a lot easier to see everything, especially given, if you update an item in the basket it moves it to the last item, which, if you're working from an existing written list, can make it a little harder when going through to check items. Small thing, but otherwise happy so far.”

“Ordered sample doors 2 weeks ago. Received nothing - not even the colour swatch I ordered too. Called and spoke with M. She told me that I could not cancel my order and I could not receive a refund. Terrible experience.”

Dear Anon’, We’re sorry to hear you feel unhappy with your recent order. Our sample doors are made to order and are designed to show you the exact design and quality you would receive, should you place an order. This does mean the lead time is around two weeks, which we do advise in the order confirmation, and follow up email we send. If you need something quickly, our sample colour swatches are posted next working day at the latest via a courier, and usually only take a couple of days. However, we cannot see that any were ordered in this instance. When you called, we checked your order and confirmed that your sample doors had now been consigned and were due to be dispatched later that day, with delivery expected within 2 working days. We would have been happy to see what we could have done for you in terms of a cancellation but understand you terminated the call before a resolution could be reached. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. - Doors4DIY
